Amounts include recorded discounts and refunds. Estimated operating result deducts recorded expenses and known recipe costs only; it excludes unrecorded costs and tax adjustments. Legacy orders have unconfirmed payment details. Offline devices may have sales not yet uploaded.

Your menu
Edits are drafts until published. Tablets receive them on owner sync. Existing baskets and historical sales keep their saved prices. Archive an item by marking it unavailable.
Stock & expenses
Stock and expense entry requires a connection to the owner service. New sales with recipe snapshots deduct base ingredients once when uploaded. Old sales and extras without ingredient recipes have incomplete coverage. Record only additional usage and waste here; do not duplicate sale consumption. Offline sales may be missing from the owner snapshot. Purchases are shown separately from expenses to avoid charging recipe costs twice.
Recent journal entries
Corrections keep the original entry and add a reversal. After a later stock count, record a new count instead of reversing an earlier movement.
Trading devices
Generate a credential for each tablet. Keep it private and enter it in the app’s Owner sync screen.
Shared kitchen
All synced orders, oldest first. Station filters show whole orders; mark Ready only when all stations have finished. Refresh for new orders. Offline preparation is available in the backup till.

Rules based on the last synced sales, menu and stock. Missing costs and offline devices limit these figures.
Preparation quantities for open orders
Browser drawer
Open a drawer before taking cash. Drawer records belong to this browser and are included in its recovery export. Closing freezes the cash count. Imported tablet sales do not add cash to this drawer.
Unfinished refund records
Keep trading
Use this browser as both till and kitchen. New sales and downloaded orders remain here during an outage. A device that failed before syncing may contain missing orders. Switch to one collection station and reconcile before returning to two.
Pending QR payments
Recovery files include business sales and receipt tokens. Keep them private. Browser storage is still required for offline trading; a fresh browser needs its first online sign-in and download.

- Connect the sales tablet using a unique device credential.
- Run Owner sync on the tablet. Its original menu seeds a new business account.
- Edit products here and publish. Run Owner sync to receive the publication.
- Keep selling offline. When connected again, upload the latest sales.
Use one collection station while tablets are disconnected. A saved ticket photo cannot update its collection status. Cash and separate card payments are recorded after confirmation. Scan to pay requires a configured provider and internet; only verified provider payments become paid orders.
